Leviathan Law Office (7F 704–706, Office Tower, 34 Yeongdong-daero 85-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea) is the controller of personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

Name, work email address, company, role, fund name and domicile, distributor, target closing date, and the content of your message. The checklist form collects a work email address and company name only.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, to assess whether we can act for you, to send the document checklist you requested, and to keep a record of pre-engagement contact as required by the professional rules that apply to Korean attorneys.

How long we keep it

Until the purpose is fulfilled or you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. If you become a client, the information is kept as part of the matter file under the applicable retention rules.

Processors

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend (transactional email) and hosted on Vercel. Neither provider uses your information for its own purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing fund@lvl.co.kr. We respond within ten business days.
